We process orders within 1–3 business days, and the estimated delivery time for U.S. orders is 10–20 business days from the date of shipping. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by third-party shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs hold-ups, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery of the package to the shipping address you provided.
5. Returns and Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
